My family took the opportunity over Spring Break and traveled to Sayulita Mexico! My mom & her fiancé Martin recently retired there. It was a beautiful area to explore! The culture, food, beaches & locals make for a memorable experience. Before we travel we always consider ways we can shop & experience local. Local means, Grown, Raised, Harvested, Made. My mom took us to the local farmers market where I could see similarities & differences from our Arlington Farmers Market. I visited the local florists, purchased hand woven baskets and enjoyed fresh pressed juice. Mom shopped local vegetables & vanilla. Later, Martin arranged for The Tequila Experience. A private pairing & tasting. We were giving the history & educated on quality tequila. This experience was one of the most memorable! Our adventures in Mexico were flawless because we had incredible hosts & they wanted to share their favorite local spots with us.
